De-tox with garlic

Salam,,,,

lama x update blog.
sambil-sambil check email terjumpa satu email yg di forwardkn mengenai detox.

sekarang ni, ramai benar individu yg buat detox.
buat detox kt mana?
buat detox kt spa...
beli detox online n buat sendiri kt umah (yg lekat kt kaki tu kn..)

kadang2 kita lupa dgn cara org2 lama (zaman nenek n atok kita dulu)
kalo kita perhatikn, hampir semua makanan mereka dulu, mesti ada bahan2 antioksida semulajadi (detox semulajadi?)
contoh: satay,,,,mesti ada bawang dgn timun kn..

THIS IS VERY TRUE!
