So sorry for the delayed on the next chapter to Preggy Mummy. Blame it to courses and workshop. (hahahaha...abis kalo bos baca blog aku ni. kui..kui..kui..)
wokes...we proceed to our next chapter on Iron (Zat besi) and Vitamin C. (tetiba lk nk ckp London. hehe..)
Q: What is the function of Iron and the importance of it?
A: Is essential for formation of red blood cells, help carry oxygen around the body

Q: What happen to the mother who is lack in Iron consumption?
A: Mother will experience ANEMIA

Q:  What are the sources of Iron?
A: The sources of Iron are 

Other than that, Iron also can be found in green leafy vegetables
Q: Does Iron needs help to be absorb?
A: Yes. Iron needs help from Vitamin C for better absorption.

Q: Is there any foods that will inhibit the absorption of Iron?
A: Yes, there are foods that inhibit Iron absorption, such as tea, and coffee, should be consumed separately from iron fortified foods and iron supplements.

Q: What is the function of Vitamin C?
A: Vitamin C promotes healthy gums, teeh & bones. And also helps iron absorption and it is important for healing.
